Customer "Service"

So last night there was shenanigans going on in the World of Warcraft:

A bunch of gold farmers had killed them selves in such a way as to spell out the name of their website - you know to advertise it. Being a good, if infrequent, player I reported the infraction; (Gold selling is not allowed in WOW) this is the response I got:
Greetings Josiah,

This morning I received a request to complete a survey regarding my satisfaction; I felt that my response should have been obvious, but replied anyway:

You know sometimes those body spammers will camp a server and strike every five minutes, I know I used to be a bliz GM. The guy coulda got rid of the bodies and they woudl have been back by the next time you logged in. I think that is very probable as it happens alot. As for the generic respose they get thousands of reports of that every day and I know that everyone is like hire more gms and stuff but players put in tickets for all sorts of reasons, everything from im lonely to I hate mages.
